Michael Landis, Executive Director
Michael provides overall leadership to Maranatha-Carlisle, including working with the Board of Directors to develop short and long-term goals. He is responsible for the organization’s budget, managing grants, developing community relations, leading community initiatives, recruiting and hiring staff, and serving as ambassador for the organization.

Kris Hall, Assistant Executive Director
Kris is responsible for account management operations including maintaining financial records and serving as a liaison with banks and auditors. She also serves as the executive director in the event of the executive director’s absence,

Matthew Wagner, Communication and Development Manager
Matthew is responsible for all aspects of fundraising including managing fundraising events. He also coordinates communications and outreach efforts and serves as an ambassador for the organization.

Barbara Allen, Administrative Assistant
Barbara is on the front-lines at Maranatha-Carlisle, receiving clients and visitors, answering the phones, and managing the mail. She assists clients with their paperwork, answers questions, and makes referrals to other human service organizations when appropriate.

Molly Baehr, Account Manager
Molly works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

Sue Ferguson, Account Manager
Sue works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

Jim Burgess, Survive to Thrive Program Manager
Jim is responsible for managing our Survive to Thrive Initiative. He is certified to administer the guided discussions and is responsible for promoting the program, recruiting investigators and navigators, and all other administrative aspects of the program.

Pam Kline, Account Manager
Pam works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

Mir Robinson, Social Services Assistant
Mir handles the initial intake of our clients, including entering applications into our system, creating and reviewing spending plans, and setting up clients’ accounts with Maranatha-Carlisle.
