Gratitude report 2021
Maranatha-Carlisle’s financial management services helped keep families stable and housed during the second year of the pandemic. Pandemic relief assistance was critical to many in our community and changes to programs and policies kept Maranatha-Carlisle’s staff on its toes. Despite limitations on in-person meetings, account managers worked closely with clients to manage finances and with case managers to monitor clients’ mental, physical, and financial health. Fortunately, thanks to financial support from donors and community foundations, Maranatha-Carlisle added an additional account manager to help reduce account manager caseloads as demands increased.
For a second year in a row, Maranatha-Carlisle cancelled its annual gala due to the pandemic. Instead, a Gratitude Gathering was held at Schaefer Park to thank the many donors who continued to support Maranatha-Carlisle in 2021. Despite a little rain, guests were treated to an amazing musical performance, good food, and the presentation of the Maranatha Momentum Award.
