Michael Landis

President/CEO

Michael provides overall leadership to Maranatha-Carlisle, including working with the Board of Directors to develop short and long-term goals. He is responsible for the organization’s budget, managing grants, developing community relations, leading community initiatives, recruiting and hiring staff, and serving as ambassador for the organization.

KRIS HALL
ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Kris is responsible for account management operations including maintaining financial records and serving as a liaison with banks and auditors. She also serves as the executive director in the event of the executive director’s absence.

 

TAMMIE GITT
DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Tammie is responsible for all aspects of fundraising including grant writing and managing fundraising events. She also coordinates communications and outreach efforts and serves as an ambassador for the organization. Tammie also serves as an account manager, helping clients to manage their finances. 

 

BARB ALLEN
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Barbara is on the front-lines at Maranatha-Carlisle, receiving clients and visitors, answering the phones, and managing the mail. She assists clients with their paperwork, answers questions, and makes referrals to other human service organizations when appropriate.

 

MOLLY BAEHR
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Molly works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

CARRIE FERGUSON
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Carrie works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

SUE FERGUSON
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Sue works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

NICOLE HALL
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Nicole works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

LOUISE HALLIDAY
SOCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

Louise serves as a liaison with the Social Security Administration, assisting Maranatha-Carlisle clients with issues that arise concerning Social Security benefits.

MIR ROBINSON
SOCIAL SERVICES ASSISTANT

Mir handles the initial intake of our clients, including  setting up clients’ accounts with Maranatha-Carlisle.

PAM RODA-KLINE
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Pam works directly with our clients to manage their finances. She helps clients create their budget, manage income and expenses, and reconcile their accounts. She is responsible for ensuring that client’s bills are paid on time, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with case managers from other agencies.

JOAN JONES
CO-FOUNDER OF MARANATHA-CARLISLE AND VOLUNTEER

Joan is the Co-Founder of Maranatha-Carlisle and continues to serve as a full-time volunteer. She assists with estate planning and serves as a liaison to our partner service agencies. 

MIKE HERR
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Mike manages Maranatha-Carlisle’s technology and data management system including security and data analysis.
