Meet Cassell’s Grille!

The farm-to-table movement has surged in the past few years, however the idea of providing locally sourced American cuisine has been a staple at Cassell’s Grille in Mt. Holly Springs for over a decade. We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Nolan Cassell, who runs Cassell’s Grille with his family, to talk about the restaurant and their participation in the Maranatha-Carlisle Match Madness fundraising campaign.

Nolan describes Cassell’s as a family-friendly restaurant that provides a diverse menu to satisfy any appetite. The food all comes from local businesses and includes items such as prime rib, specialty burgers, homemade soups and fresh seafood. They also work with local breweries to offer a wide variety of craft beers.

They pride themselves on the family-friendly atmosphere and community feel they have developed over the years. They know the names of all their regular guests, and when they have guests who aren’t regulars, they try to ensure that they have a great experience to make them want to become regulars.

Nolan, doesn’t just rely on the family-friendly menu and atmosphere to attract guests; they also hold events around the year for the community. Some of these events include beer tastings, an amazing St. Patty’s Day menu March 15-17, and an extensive Easter buffet. You can remain updated on their events and menus through their website,  Facebook page and their weekly email newsletter.

Please make plans now to join Maranatha-Carlisle at Cassell’s Grille on March 14th.  You’ll get to experience their family-friendly menu and warm atmosphere for yourself while helping raise funds so Maranatha-Carlisle can continue serving the vulnerable among us.
